The Hildebrand boys are whining about reports exposing their financial ties to the continuing Daschle campaign against John Thune. First Nathan Peterson claims his compensation has nothing to do with his blogging. I think that was what Jason Van Beek and Jon Lauck said. I don’t have any problem with bloggers receiving compensation from politicians. I never had. It was the South Dakota Democrats who went into orbit over "Thune’s paid bloggers". They refused to believe the denials and that the two bloggers "were not paid to BLOG".
Now Theron McChesney joins in with the boo hoos.
My only purpose in covering this issue is to put those South Dakota Democrats, that gave Jason and Jon crap, on the spot for the shoe being on the other foot. That means you Todd Epp. What is the current position of the Democrats on paid bloggers. To disclose or not to disclose...that is the question. And maybe you should start selling "The Hildebrand Boys" cry baby towels.
Peterson then makes this statement:
I would appreciate it if Sibby or anyone else in the future would check their facts before making accusations about me. Steve S’s desperation and lack of credibility shine through the logical jump he made by the post cited above. If you are curious about anything, just drop me a line at administrator@politicsinadangerousworld.com and I will happily respond.
Liar…I sent the baby two emails regarding the Nathan who answers Hildebrand’s phone. Never did get a response. So I will ask a him questions up front:
Are you still a member of the National Guard?
If so, is your compensation from the National Guard funded by taxpayers?
Doesn’t Chad Schuldt have problems with taxpayer funded politically active people?
And since the cry baby Hildebrand Boys are concerned about getting facts straight, check out this comment left on Schuldt’s post that fabricated a conspiracy theory to attack John Thune with:
If you’re going to write an article bashing on someone, get your facts straight first. MetaBank is based is Storm Lake, not Spirit Lake. Stupid mistake there buddy. Second as a former employee of MetaBank I know what was going on and you can’t be further from telling the truth in the article. Get a new job.
