Todd Epp and Pat Powers have some kind of inside joke of "Prince of the Ozarks. So I thought I would promote a 2008 event that is happening in the Ozarks:
Aside from the incredible beauty of the rolling Ozark mountains, the huge lake and reliable weather, we choice Tan-Tar-A Resort as our location because our own family has vacationed at this resort on several occasions.
Osage Beach, MO is an extremely central location for us to meet so all our Worldview Weekend friends and alumni can easily drive and thus save the money on expensive airfare. However, if you do want to fly you can fly into Springfield, Missouri. The Springfield airport is about 90 minutes from the resort.
We also choice Tan-Tar-A Resort for our family camp because the resort offers so many options for lodging, meals, and recreation. You can make this family vacation extremely affordable by eating some of your meals at Burger King or Sbarro pizza, which are both located inside the resort.
