Taxpayer funded baby-sitting

Senate Bill 154 was started yesterday and it adds 3 and 4 years to the state aid formula for schools. As Senator Ed Olson has stated, it is time for taxpayers to "Pony Up". And also time for private Daycares to shut down. Come on Pat Powers, let us hear about the "Nanny State".
