Pat Powers said this in a comment to a post on the government’s monopoly on schools regarding his standing as the top blog in the South Dakota Blogosphere:
And as for being #1, I just can't help it. That's Blognews network's opinion, not mine.
Yesterday, the latest rankings of the South Dakota’s most influential blogs were released by Blognetnews, and Pat Powers toppled from number 1 to number 7. South DaCola is now number one with Dakota Voice at number 2. This web site is at number 4.
Steve,
If you bothered to read the Blognetnews ranks, for the Highest influence, I'm 7 for this last week, not 8. It's a weekly formula (derived by who knows what means. I haven't figured it out). And kudos to SouthDacola for their surge this week.
I'll try not to hold my breath waiting for your congratulations in a couple of weeks when I'm back at #1, which has happened every time I've momentarily dropped. I'm not so sure they don't kick the #1 down if they've been on for a pre-determined length of time.
Otherwise, the 12 week rolling average had me drop momentarily from #1 to #2.
And if you look at the conservative blog rankings, I'm still #1. Where you're #4 of 5.
But please keep linking to me, as you rant on unintelligently. Outside links are certainly one factor in how the blogs are ranked by this outlet.
[SIbby's response; Thanks for the info, I corrected the post to number. And thanks for not linking me or giving me attribution for being ahead of you on stories. It proves that you hate conservatives, and don't want me to increase my rank on blognetnews. Therrefore you can't be number one conservative blog, because you are not a conservative. You are are a RINO-CINO.]
