This is how the Progressive Movement indoctrinates our legislators:
State Sen. Sandy Jerstad, D-Sioux Falls, has been selected to attend the Legislative Leadership Institute on Child Development Research and Policy.
It will be held Nov. 9-11 in St. Paul.
The institute is sponsored by the Council of State Governments Midwestern Office and the Minnesota Community Foundation.
