The Argus Leader is reporting that the same group that I have found to be linked to Communist front groups, upset those in attendance at yesterday’s St. Patrick’s Day parade in Sioux Falls:
There was some cautious applause, but mostly silence as the South Dakota Peace and Justice Center's marchers approached, holding signs that read "Mission Demolished: Iraq is a Wreck" and "Bring Them Home." They were followed by a man holding a "Veterans for Peace" sign and a '60s-motif van painted with anti-war slogans.
"That's totally inappropriate for a parade like this," said Marian Gustafson of Sioux Falls. "My girlfriend who was with me has a husband and son in Iraq and was crying from that point on."
Since Patrick Lalley does read this web site, I wonder if his open government philosophy will also include exposing the communist ties this group?
