So much for transparency here:
Staff members of the South Dakota Department of Health and Planned Parenthood have met to discuss the proposed language in a disclosure form the clinic must use with women seeking abortions.
According to a statement from the department, details of last week’s meeting won’t be made public because the issue is part of the regulatory process.
The form was mandated as part of a 2005 law that requires the Sioux Falls Planned Parenthood clinic staff to tell women that abortion ends a human life.
...indeed, since when is the regulatory process closed to the public? Im very interested in hearing exactly why the state would reject the protection of women's rights and arrogate to itself the power to practice medicine.
