I have been taking heat from fellow conservative activists for a post I put up a couple of weeks ago regarding Dennis Daugaard and Dusty Johnson and their work to grow government. [To be fair, it is reported that Daugaard will cut his salary and other highly paid officials.] What they don't understand is this:
To begin to understand the New World Order (NWO) or the WORMS you need to forget what you have learned about differences between Republicans and Democrats; left and right; Socialists and Libertarians: business and labor, liberal and conservative, black and white, etc. The planners of the New World Order know they must use, influence, and cater to all of these groups to accomplish the goals they are seeking, which are:
(1) Claim everything.
(2) Classify everything.
(3) Commercialize everything.
(4) Consolidate everything.
(5) Control everything. We might call these goals the five C’s of the World Management System. If it is fully empowered, individualism, personality, personal decisions, personal goals, private property, private business, morality, Constitutional government, religious freedom, and national sovereignty can no longer be tolerated.
Yes, the South Dakota GOP is being "controlled" by "central planners" of the New World Order. Dennis Daugaard admits to getting his indoctrination:
South Dakota Governor-elect Dennis Daugaard says he's going to school--literally--next week, as he prepares for his new job.
Daugaard was a guest on KWAT's "What's Up" program today. He says he'll be in Colorado for a school for incoming governors that's put on by the National Governor's Association. He says South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds will be one of the instructors at the school.
This also puts into question Daugaard's campaign theme that he was "job-ready" to be governor back in October 2009.
This explains the dangers of being involved with the National Governor's Association.:
Like everything connected to the New World Order management system and the five C’s, CONTROL is accomplished by forming and influencing groups, and most particularly by indoctrinating group leaders. This is because people who are emotionally involved with groups respond to leadership. They also tend to feel CLASS loyalty. For example, when your elected officials CONSOLIDATE into groups with elected officials from other areas, they frequently get carried away by the oratory and comradeship. Although the ideas they legislate are seldom their own, they tend to see themselves as the ruling CLASS and forget the loyalty they owe to you and the citizens of the states, cities, and counties they are supposed to serve.
CONTROL of groups of legislators, congressmen and government officials is also part of the NWO plan. When groups of elected officials, such as governors, state legislators, city councilmen, or county board members, are CONSOLIDATED into national or international blanket organizations, one person or a small group of people can make decisions and set goals for hundreds, thousands, or even millions of people. They can set goals for you if you do not object. Always remember, whoever sets your goals or presents you with what they call a vision or a mission CONTROLS your behavior.
Bob Mercer has already noted how these NGA, along with the Council of State Governments and the National Conference of State Legislatures, are privately funded.
And the NGA is involved with indoctrinated the masses via public schools:
Most of the governors of the United States are members of the National Governor’s Association. They have national meetings to CONSOLIDATE their policy decisions. In 1990 a policy was declared to promote the adoption of national educational goals. The Republican Bush Administration had endorsed the idea in 1989. The U. S. Chamber of Commerce and multinational corporations supported it. Then in 1992 Congress (Democrats and Republicans) passed and funded the Goals 2000: Educate America Act.
Last week I testifeid against the South Dakota Board of Education adoption of Common Core Stanards by presenting this research:
The absolute requirement of RTTT is that states must adopt national standards. Forty-eight of the fifty states, with Alaska and Texas being the only exceptions, have signed on to the Common Core Standards Initiative. This initiative is funded and promoted by the National Governors' Association (NGA) and the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO). They are developing common core standards in math and English that are "internationally benchmarked."
Although touted as "state-led" and "voluntary," all of these severely cash-strapped states (41 as of the January 19th deadline) that hope to receive RTTT funds MUST adopt these standards (national curriculum). Part of the competitive application process requires states to show the largest number of school districts agreeing to take on these national/international standards. That is not voluntary. Rather, depending on one's point of view, it is either bribery or economic and ideological blackmail.
It is also important to note that these same two ostensibly state government-associated groups (NGA and CCSSO) developing RTTT also produced America 2000 under the Bush 41 administration that morphed into Goals 2000 in 1994 under President Clinton. Goals 2000 and that year's reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act combined for the first time to require that states and school districts comply with federal standards listed in Goals 2000 in order to receive federal education dollars. Those standards include expanding government schooling into the preschool years and a much greater emphasis on the mental health or social and emotional aspects. Many would rightly deem this psychosocial meddling indoctrination, instead of what parents want and expect as the traditional academic aspects of education - reading, math, history and civics.
In fact, as explained by Professor Allen Quist, the only comprehensive "internationally benchmarked" standards are those produced by the UN's educational and cultural arm UNESCO and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). These standards will promote the documents and principles of the United Nations over those of the United States:
American schools used to teach the fundamental values of the United States--including the inalienable, God-given rights of life, liberty and property, as guaranteed by our Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Not any more. Now our students will be indoctrinated in the UN's definition of human rights. As clarified by the UN's UDHR [Universal Declaration of Human Rights], our rights now may not "be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations" (Art 29:3). Our children will be taught that they have only those rights the UN says they have.
The UNESCO standards also include the UN's Earth Charter, which further defines internationally benchmarked standards. The Charter says these standards must entail what it calls "sustainability education" (Art 14:b). The Charter explains that "sustainability education" entails the "promotion of the equitable distribution of wealth within nations and among nations" (Art. 10:a), nuclear disarmament (Art. 16:d), gay marriage (Art. 12:a), legalized abortion (Art. 7:e), adoption of an "international legally binding instrument on environment" (The way Forward), and indoctrination in pantheism (Art. 14d and Art. 16:f).
The Argus Leader's coverage said this:
Steve Sibson of Mitchell spoke against adoption during Monday's hearing, calling Common Core an international curriculum and doubting claims that it would improve the quality of education.
Sibson accused the board of adopting Common Core only to improve its chances of receiving federal money. Although a group of state officials created the standards, the U.S. Department of Education endorsed them and made adoption an element of Race to the Top, a $4 billion grant contest it wants Congress to make permanent.
"Find a better way and do things the South Dakota way," he urged.
But the board passed the standards 9-0, and thus has moved South Dakota further down the path toward the New World Order by adopting "internationally benchmarked" education standards being pushed by the National Governor's Association. And don't forget that Governor Mike Rounds was busy teaching Dennis Daugaard on how to lead South Dakota further down that path to destruction with the National Governor's Asssociation school on how to be a governor.
If any there are still true conservatives who still don't understand why I have little faith in Dennis Daugaard and his Chief of Staff to shrink government, then I can't help you. The rest of us should now understand that the New World Order does not care about party affiliation...they control both.
And to be fair again, it is possible for the SD GOP leadership and the South Dakota Democrats to be unaware that they are being controlled, and if so, I hope they will take notice.
