I hesitate to ever comment on this web site, but... regarding the insurance regulations, they likely would be revoked as soon as possible as obsolete, because there no longer would be statutory authority for those specific rules. If the administration tried to keep the rules in effect without statutory authority from the Legislature, it's likely someone could sue and win on that point.
