One of Big Tech's worst is now guilty of calling the truth false:
A so-called fact-checking website recently issued a correction after alleging a post saying Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden isn’t president-elect was wrong.
PolitiFact issued a statement following a threat of legal action from popular conservative commentator Candace Owens.
“Correction: PolitiFact originally labeled this video false in our capacity as a third-party fact-checker for Facebook,” PolitiFact said. “On Nov. 20, an appeal to that decision was made on behalf of Ms. Owens. PolitiFact approved the appeal on Nov. 20, determined that a correction was appropriate, and removed the false rating.”
Biden has declared victory in the presidential election and many news outlets have been referring to him as president-elect. The Epoch Times isn’t calling the race until litigation contesting the election results plays out.
And then we have this revelation regarding Zuckerberg:
A group that received hundreds of millions of dollars from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is accused in post-election lawsuits of contributing to constitutional violations in key battleground states.
The Center for Tech and Civic Life, a national nonprofit based in Illinois, provided funding to over 2,500 election offices across the country to run elections amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds were used to pay poll workers, put up ballot drop boxes, and acquire mail-in ballot equipment and supplies.
More than $6 million was doled out to officials in Fulton County, Georgia, and to five cities in Wisconsin, according to lawsuits filed this month. The funds were sent to facilitate violations of state law, the lawsuits allege.
The money was sent through agreements that had municipalities run elections in contravention to state law, according to the lawsuits, which were filed by the Thomas More Foundation’s Amistad Project. Accepting funding from a private group like the center is barred by state and federal law, the lawsuits allege.
Here is some detail regarding Georgia:
In the Georgia filing, the Amistad Project says the unregulated private funds from the Center for Tech and Civic Life were used to pay “ballot harvesters,” deputize and pay political activists to manage ballots, and consolidate counting centers in the urban core “to facilitate the movement of hundreds of thousands of questionable ballots in secrecy without legally required bi-partisan observation.”
And Sidney Powell is trying to prevent Georgia from erasing evidence on the electronic vote fraud method:
Attorney Sidney Powell has asked a federal court to urgently order Georgia’s officials to de-certify the Nov. 3 election results and preserve forensic data on the voting machines while the lawyer challenges the integrity of the state’s votes.
Powell on Friday filed a motion asking for immediate injunctive relief arguing that the plaintiffs would suffer irreparable harm if election officials from Union County were not blocked from wiping forensic data from voting machines and resetting the count back to zero. Union County officials informed the plaintiffs that machines would be reset on Nov. 30.
Meanwhile, the attorney also argued an injunction to de-certify the election results or to block the transmission of the certification of the state’s election results is necessary in order to preserve the status quo while her case plays out in court.
“The low costs to Defendants and high potential harm to Plaintiffs make this a case with a substantial net harm that an immediate and emergent injunctive relief can prevent. Therefore, it is respectfully requested that the Court grant Plaintiffs’ Motion,” the motion states (pdf).
Powell, who is pursuing accountability for voter fraud instances stemming from the use of the Dominion Voting System, filed the lawsuit on Nov. 25 alleging “massive election fraud” and multiple violations of the Constitution and Georgia’s state laws in the 2020 general election.
The suit was filed on behalf of Republican Party nominees for the Electoral College, Cobb County Republican Party Chairman Jason Shepherd, and the assistant secretary of the state Republican Party, Brian Jay Van Gundy. Defendants in the suit include Gov. Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and other election officials.
The complaint makes 30 allegations, many based on witness or expert analysis, of election fraud or irregularities that occurred in the Nov. 3 election. Among those include allegations that the software used by Dominion machines was accessed by foreign agents from China and Iran “in order to monitor and manipulate elections,” according to a redacted declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence.
“By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” the suit says.
The 305th Military Intelligence is the "Kraken" as noted here:
‘THE KRAKEN’ is a reference to the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, based out of U.S. Army Fort Huachuca, Arizona, U.S. Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) revealed today.
Lieutenant General Michael Flynn (U.S. Army, Ret.), in his first interview since President Trump pardoned General Flynn for crimes he did not commit, said today on WVW-TV with Brannon Howse that “this is still a coup in progress.”

Director Krebs claims that HAMMER and SCORECARD are a “hoax,” a talking point with which the mainstream media and the “fact checkers” are now running.
There may be a reason why CISA Director Chris Krebs is denying the existence of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.
Krebs worked closely with intelligence contractor Kevin P. O’Prey at Obsidian Analysis. O’Prey hired and worked closely with U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper (Ret.) at DFI International. Clapper received a $50,000 exit bonus from DFI then awarded O’Prey’s DFI branch a contract with Clapper’s Pentagon office that oversaw THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.
Clapper illegally commandeered the super-surveillance system THE HAMMER. SCORECARD was one of exploits that ran on THE HAMMER framework and that secretly stole votes.
Clapper was previously caught lying to the Senate Intelligence Committee about unlawful U.S. government surveillance of Americans.
James Clapper and John Brennan illegally commandeered THE HAMMER and SCORECARD less than two weeks after President Obama’s 2009 inauguration. Clapper and Brennan then transformed THE HAMMER from a foreign surveillance system into an illegal domestic surveillance system, turning America into communist-style police state.
Who are you going to believe, two Lieutenant Generals, or the Deep State's propaganda media? Chris Krebs has a conflict of interest, and CBS News will portray Krebs as some expert that we should all believe. And they seemed very concerned about Russian influence in the 2016 election, but ignore those who are saying that China, Iran, and perhaps even Russia were involved in the 2020 election.
Capitalism is a disease and Faceberg is malware. Flip-flipper John Thune talked about breaking it up but he’s bought and paid for by what you describe as “Big Tech.”
